Introducing My Exports: Easily Access Your Past Files for 6 Days

Guideline By Renee C

When you’re working with large JSON files, exports aren’t always a one-and-done task. Sometimes you need to re-download a file, grab a different format, or simply come back to it later.

That’s why we’re excited to introduce My Exports — a new page that keeps your exported files available for up to 6 days after creation.

What Is My Exports?

My Exports is a personal export history page where you can:

  • View all your recent exports in one place
  • Download previously generated files without re-running conversions
  • See key details like format, row count, and creation time

Each export is securely stored and automatically expires after 6 days, keeping things simple and clutter-free.

What You’ll See on the Page

My Exports Page

For every export, you’ll get a clear overview:

  • Filename – Timestamped for easy identification
  • Format – CSV, XLSX, and more
  • Status – Ready when your file is available
  • Rows – Know the size at a glance
  • Created – Relative time (e.g. “2 minutes ago”)
  • Download link – One click, no regeneration needed

No guessing, no rerunning jobs unless you actually want to.

How to Access My Exports

You can find the page anytime from the top-right menu:

Profile → My Exports

It’s available to logged-in users and works seamlessly with your existing export flow.

Why Files Expire After 6 Days

We designed this feature to balance convenience and performance:

  • Keeps recent work easily accessible
  • Avoids unnecessary long-term storage
  • Ensures fast downloads and a clean history

If you need a file again after it expires, simply regenerate it — your data, your control.

Designed for Real Workflows

This feature was built based on real usage patterns:

  • Download now, revisit later
  • Compare formats without re-uploading
  • Grab files again when sharing or reviewing

It’s a small addition that removes friction from everyday work.

What’s Next?

This is just the beginning. We’re continuing to improve export reliability, speed, and usability — especially for larger datasets.

As always, if you have feedback or ideas, we’d love to hear from you.
