Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using TableFromJSON ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

TableFromJSON provides a web-based tool for converting JSON and NDJSON (Newline Delimited JSON) files into CSV (Comma-Separated Values) format. The service includes:

• File upload and processing capabilities
• Data preview and column editing tools
• Multiple CSV delimiter options (comma, semicolon, tab)
• Column renaming and reordering functionality
• Downloadable CSV file generation

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Upload files containing malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Process files containing illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
• Use the Service to process personally identifiable information of others without consent
• Overload our servers with excessive requests or automated tools
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent

File Upload Guidelines

File Size Limits: The current file size limit is 2MB per upload. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

Supported Formats: Only JSON (.json) and NDJSON (.ndjson) files are accepted. Files must be valid JSON format.

Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content of files you upload. Ensure you have the right to process and convert the data contained in your files.

Data Handling and Privacy

Temporary Processing: Files uploaded to our service are processed temporarily and automatically deleted within 1 hour.

No Permanent Storage: We do not permanently store your file contents. Once processed and deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Privacy: Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TableFromJSON and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain all rights to the data you upload and process through our Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TABLEFROMJSON EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONVERTED DATA
• WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TABLEFROMJSON BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Loss of data or information
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Business interruption
• Any other commercial damages or losses

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service (if any) during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TableFromJSON from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TableFromJSON operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
